Ah yeah I know in the full size models that's right by the booster. And I know the 6cyl guys don't have it. But with you having the v8 I could see you having it like the full size. AFAIK, nope. Not even the V8 on this platform according to that list.
JohnScarfiJr , did you get a code pointing to something in the throttle system? A clearing of th the codes solves it for a week or so. Sourced the part through Summit Racing and it's listed there. As a V8 I think it should be the same as other applications ie. Let you all know. As a retired aircraft mechanic I seldom get a true challenge so off on a treasure hunt I go. Denali not really broken out None of which show any seperate module from the throttle body itself.
Last edited: May 15, First place I looked. If you post a picture of the throttle body on your truck, the forum will likely solve this for you. Rock lists it for the ''04, with same picture. BUT - when I search Google images 5.
Think I found it. Here is the TB. No good on the booster area. Again it's a 5. I may have found something however may not help.
JohnScarfiJr said:. That's it and as you can see mine isn't situated there Thanks however. FWIW, I don't think it's a case of 'yours being located somewhere else', but rather 'the 'up don't have them' external modules. Iirc the platform adopted things as test runs before the rest of the lineup got it. Side curtain air bags, auto diming mirrors etc. You must log in or register to reply here. Thank you guys. Thanks in advance. The TAC system uses the following circuits for Motor control 1 and … Extensive testing shows that the TAC module is outputting a higher bias voltage on throttle sensor 1 vs sensor 2.
The ECM determines the driver's intent and then calculates the appropriate throttle response. Something to do with the TAC module Don't have. The part number on the tac module that came off my car is BA A. The part number on the tac module I was thinking of buying is BA C. Just wondering if anyone knows if the two tac modules are interchangable. They have been tested and are in working order.
