Go to the tab that says Views 5. On the list below, scroll down until you find 'Show hidden files and folders' 6. Check the box next to 'Show hidden files and folders' Then you should be able to find the App Data folder. If that doesnt help, you might not be looking in the 'Libraries' folder.
